Food was under 900 today so that's much better than yesterday. :D Exercise=blah. Challenge is only a 1 because I've been super busy today, but I've made plans with my little sister to try something new. =] We're going to make some handmade ornaments for the tree and I thought it was a good way to spend some time with her. Too busy with finals today but I've promised to make them with her tomorrow! So 1 point for the plan.

we have zero vegetables in my house and i just ate the last plum :( sighhhhhh

considering a liquid fast with maybe a few exceptions of fruit and vegies when hungry.
couldnt sleep last night so i got up and did crunches for half hour:)...at 5.30 this morning :S

anyways.
i SWEAR my stomach looks smaller but yeh lol i dont think thats quite realistic

anyone have any suggestions or tips for my liquid fast??? any help appreciated

Food - 0/2 estimate of too many calories kept down. seriously, when will this end?

Exercise - 2/2 worked out 2 hours and 10 minutes. my legs were swollen so i gave up on the cardio =/

Daily Self Esteem Challenge - 2/2 cleaned the house, did the dishes... i'm running out of ideas for this one. oh, and i tried to control my anger for once..

again, i may be under my calorie limit but m&ms are not good for me so i'm taking off a point. however, i woke up at 129 this morning! which made me so happy. i'm praying that the m&ms won't ruin it and make me gain. i ate around 250 calories for lunch before the m&ms and then maybe 200 after on dinner after so i didn't eat too much today. i also had crab legs (that were quite yummy) which i haven't had in 4 years cause i'm a vegetarian so i think i may let seafood back in my diet. it's lean meat so it's not fattening, and the protein and iron will help my hair from falling out. (which it does :\) i didn't eat very much crab though cause i didn't want to make myself sick. just let my body get used to meat again. anyway, enough of my rambling. hoping that tomorrow's better! xx

So that's a passing grade for my first day. :] food was okay, I'm working with limited resources but I stayed under my calories. I pretty much only drink water so that's not an issue. I didn't get any more exercise than usual, only walking around the college campus between classes earlier but that's normal. And for the challenge I went to my boyfriends house and helped him with geography homework! =] definitely hope to do better with food and exercise tomorrow!!

had between 525-550 calories today. very happy for myself :) i feel like i've hit a plateau so i ate low today to see if i could break it, but i'll be eating a bit more normally after i hit 130. (ugh i feel so close and yet so far!) i didn't exercise for as long today cause i didn't eat as much and i was feeling a little ill as well. i think i may do some sit-ups because i haven't done any kind of toning exercises in awhile. if not, then tomorrow. hope everyone's day went well! xx

day 3

ok so yesterday didnt have time to post. but kept a private journal in my phone.i had an apple, some just right..then effed up rest of day having dinner.
Today ive had fruit and an ice cream and thats where im gonna keep it. had a massive fight with mum and i walked out for a few hours. just walked everywhere around town and then visited some family. i bought new bikinis today.
Ever have the problem of different dress sizes on your top parts compared to your bottom bits? its quite stressful.
well grandma gave me some diet cokes so ill keep them to drink whenever i want to eat. she gave me Dolce and Gabbana stuff too so that was good.

did alright today. i probably was still underneath my calorie limit but my dinner wasn't very healthy for me so i'm docking a point cause in addition to losing weight, i'm trying to be more healthy as well. not much to update about, had work today and it was alright. only had to go in for four hours today but tomorrow's gonna be all day, i'm pretty sure. whatever, more time i'm busy and not thinking about food! hope everyone had a lovely day and good luck to all, xx
